Guest Testimonials

  • Warm, welcoming, charming and very friendly. This chalet has wonderful hosts and their hospitality is second to none. Whether you plan to ski, hike or cycle I can think of no better place to base yourself in Chamonix.

  • Excellent accommodation with a wonderful ambiance. It was like home from home. Nothing was to much trouble, if you required anything you only needed to ask and they will try to accommodate your request. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

  • The food was fantastic, the rooms clean and comfortable. David the chalet owner was very helpful and kindly provided us with rucksacks and harnesses to do the Valle Blanche which was wonderful.

  • Exactly what I was looking for: a comfortable and relaxing place, made so by both the scenery/location, the personal attention/support provided to your stay and vacation intentions, and the comfort of the chalet itself. The feel is simply: it's your home too.

  • This cozy and friendly chalet is a real home away from home. The hosts are very knowledgeable and helpful giving loads of suggestions and inspiration what to see and what to do.

  • David and Asa were perfect hosts, very friendly, helpful and good company. David suggested some great hikes in the region and we even managed to get out one afternoon to take Poppy (the dog) for a hike in the hills. They went out of their way to ensure we had an excellent stay.

  • Staff / owners, breakfast, Chamonix were great. I went with my son (16) and we walked into town each night to eat out. It was brilliant for bed and breakfast and has bus stops right outside for access to all ski areas.

  • The chalet is spotless and spacious with generous views of the Alps. David proved to be an excellent host and will go out all the way to make sure you are at home. Highly recommended place to stay in Chamonix.
